Community Transport Options
Community Circuit Transport Services (for HACC eligible people)
Volunteering Gold Coast Transport Services provide pre-booked shared rides to HACC eligible people in minibuses and station wagons to various destinations on the Gold Coast. Home and Community Care eligible clients include frail, aged and younger people with a disability and their carers.

Cancer Treatment Transport Service
This is a service to assist cancer patients in travelling to and from cancer treatments on the Gold Coast. The service is available to people who are referred by the oncology departments of each Cancer Treatment Centre or Hospital on the Gold Coast.

Yatala Workers’ Shuttle Service
This service is a workers’ shuttle service for people who are living in the Beenleigh/Eagleby Area and working in the Yatala Industrial area. The service provides transport for workers to get to and from their employers.

This service operates in the morning from 5:00am – 9:00am and then again in the afternoon from 1:00pm – 6:30pm.
The shuttle picks people up from their door or from the Beenleigh train station. The passengers pay a donation of $2.00 each way to use this service.
Bundall Park and Ride Service
This is a shuttle service for people who are having difficulty parking in the Bundall central business area. The driver will collect $2 each morning. Your parking and afternoon trips remain free of charge. This shuttle picks people up who can park for free at the Gold Coast Turf Club and hop on the shuttle bus around that area. The shuttle bus does a loop from the Turf Club into Crombie Avenue, Bundall Road, Slatyer Avenue and up Racecourse Drive back to the Turf Club.

This service is funded by Gold Coast City Council and is available Monday to Friday from 6:45am – 9:15am each morning and from 4:00pm – 6:30pm each afternoon.

Gold Coast City Council Cab Shopping Service
Getting out and about is important for your wellbeing. Whether shopping or socializing the trip out of the house is a welcome break for many people.
The Gold Coast City “Council Cab” assists older people and those with disability with travel to their local shopping centre.
If you are over 60 years or you have a disability and you live in one of the catchment areas then you are eligible to travel using this service. You can also have a carer or dependents travel with you, just tell our friendly receptionist.

Services run on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday morning each week. Each Council Cab trip costs $2.00, that’s only $4.00 for a return journey which is great value!
